This is a great opportunity for public works professionals and consulting engineers to learn from each other regarding the current status of public works needs and potential solutions to problems in a friendly and casual atmosphere. Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet with numerous vendors representing their products and services.
REGISTRATION: Cost for the conference if registered by February 19th is $150.00 for APWA members and $175.00 for non-members. Late registration is $165.00 for APWA members and $185.00 for non-members. To register, mail a copy of the registration form with your payment to Peggy Englehart, Public Works, 560 S. 16th Street, PO Box 65320, West Des Moines, IA 50265-0320. We will be holding the "Supervisor's Breakout Sessions" on Thursday, March 11th for $25/attendee. Timely topics. Check out the schedule.
LODGING: You are expected to make your own lodging arrangements. A block of rooms has been reserved at the West Des Moines Marriott until February 24, 2010, for the nights of March 10th & 11th ($89.00 for single or double rooms plus 12% tax).
