The Iowa Society of Solid Waste Operations (ISOSWO) Sustainable Materials Management (SMM) Subcommittee is hosting a virtual meeting on March 3rd from 11AM – 12PM.

At this meeting, we will discuss possible structures for establishing an Iowa Product Stewardship Council as a subcommittee within ISOSWO. This group would help evaluate, identify, and prioritize potential opportunities to improve how materials and products are managed throughout their entire lifecycle to minimize its environmental impact.
