SWANA Applied Research Foundation (ARF)
SWANA’s Applied Research Foundation (ARF) formed in 2001 to advance SWANA’s mission of transforming waste into a resource through collectively-defined and funded applied research.
The ISOSWO chapter is a subscriber to the ARF and receives the following benefits:
Identifying and defining research topics
Participating in two project review meetings held in conjunction with related SWANA symposia
Networking with local government and private sector leaders in the research topic of interest
Providing research data and reviewing interim results and final work products
